It is with a very heavy heart—and sincere regrets—that we announce the postponement of our upcoming concert featuring Philippe Jaroussky and Artaserse.

As you know, Philippe Jaroussky and his ensemble Artaserse have been engaged to perform the final concert of our current Boston Early Music Festival 2025˗2026 Season on Saturday, April 25, 2026, at St. Paul’s Church in Cambridge. Due to complications associated with the securing of the appropriate work visa, the Ensemble must postpone their United States tour. Despite extraordinary efforts, the Ensemble’s application has been continuously delayed, and we have now determined that the proper paperwork will not be secured in time for their journey to the United States.

Please be assured that we are working with Mr. Jaroussky’s management to reschedule this performance for our 2027˗2028 Season. While we are confident we will be successful, at this time we are not able to announce the day, date, time, or location of the rescheduled performance.
