BEMF in Review

The heart of the Boston Early Music Festival, the world-famous Exhibition is a constant flurry of activity as students, amateur and professional musicians, and enthusiasts alike visit the over 100 craftspeople to test instruments, purchase scores, CDs, books, and related accessories, and meet or reacquaint themselves with the field’s leading professionals. The most important early music trade show in North America and among the largest in the world, the BEMF Exhibition is host to tradespeople from every aspect of the early music field with top makers of Medieval, Renaissance, Baroque, Classical, and early Romantic instruments joined by service organizations, music schools, performers, recording and CD companies, music and book publishers, and dealers in rare books, prints, manuscripts, antique instruments, and accessories all displaying their goods and services and sharing their expertise in their respective disciplines. These international specialists will also be on hand to give demonstration recitals, host workshops and panel discussions, and discuss every detail of their work with attendees.

Should you have any questions, please contact our Exhibition Manager Peter Charig at the BEMF office.
