Worlds Colliding: Renaissance Heavyweights
Acclaimed for their immaculate intonation, vocal blend, incisive timing, and dynamic performances, The King’s Singers perform for hundreds of thousands of music lovers every year in concerts across Europe, North and South America, Asia, and the Pacific. By popular demand, the two-time Grammy-winning singers return to BEMF in their 50th year as a group with a concert exploring music from both worlds of Renaissance life: the sacred and the secular. The six members of this beloved ensemble have created a very special program featuring masterpieces from the most influential Renaissance composers, including Palestrina, Schütz, Lassus, Sweelinck, Byrd, and many others.
