For all rooms reserved by Group’s individuals, all reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card by the individual.
All reservations must be made by the cut off date May 16, 2025 in order to receive the special group rate. After this date, prevailing hotel rates will apply.

GETTING TO BOSTON
By Air
Logan International Airport is Boston’s main airport, serving all major cities and airlines.
You may also choose to fly into Manchester Regional Airport in New Hampshire or TF Green Airport in Providence, Rhode Island. Each airport is approximately 1 hour from Boston. Flight Line offers shuttle service from Manchester, while the MBTA commuter rail, Amtrak, and Peter Pan Bus offer transportation between Providence and Boston.

GETTING AROUND BOSTON
Parking
Parking in Boston can be difficult. There is metered parking on most streets, however, be aware of signage, as spots can become resident-sticker only, valet only, or tow zones at various points during the day.
