Presented to packed houses in Boston and throughout North America, BEMF is reprising its magnificent production of the original 1718 chamber version of Handel’s cherished pastoral opera Acis and Galatea. GRAMMY Award–winning Musical Directors Paul O’Dette and Stephen Stubbs and renowned Stage Director Gilbert Blin lead a stellar cast headlined by BEMF’s own GRAMMY Award–winning tenor Aaron Sheehan as Acis. Whether seeing it again or for the very first time, this is an extraordinary event you won’t want to miss!
